Select one from the Entree Menu: Chicken Picata (lightly breaded with lemon and capers), Chicken Roulades (red pepper, basil, goat cheese & lemon shallot cream sauce) or Filet of Beef (4 oz filet with red wine demi-glace)
Select one Salad: Grilled Shrimp or Grilled Salmon Spring Salad (field greens, roasted corn relish boiled egg, grape tomatoes and cilantro lime vinaigrette)
