Kids on the Go
Be Active
“Kids on the Go” Mobility Grant Program provides families with the equipment needed to enable all children to participate in their communities & enjoy being a kid! Variety helps children with disabilities, 21 years of age & younger with disabilities by providing mobility equipment such as sport wheelchairs, adaptive car seats & strollers, adaptive bicycles, tricycles and more.
Live to Achieve
“The “Live to Achieve” Grant assistance with travel, training and other costs necessary to help pave the way for young athletes to participate and excel in adaptive sports.
Variety @ Play
Be Social
“Variety at Play” provides inclusive, accessible programming free of charge or at great discounts for the whole family thanks to our Variety @ Play Partners! To help children with physical and cognitive disabilities, as well as their families, feel included in our community, we support community projects such as inclusive ball fields, playgrounds, and sports programs.
Adapt My World
Belong
The “Adapt My World” program provides assistive devices such as standers, positioning chairs, light tables, and technology hardware/software so children with disabilities can communicate and engage in their home, school and community.
As an extension of the Adapt My World program, Variety of Illinois is currently providing family relief packages including disinfectant sprays, sanitizers, paper goods and other safety & sanitization items specifically needed by request as they become available to us; parents may apply for these packages here.
